Where to buy cheap DDR2 SODIMM's these days?

I need 2x2 (4) gb's worth of DDr2 Sodimm, 6400 preferred but 5300 is ok if needed.

That is going for ~$100 shipped after tax from newegg, which doesn't seem right. I tried searching the FS/FT around here and came up empty handed too. No luck on fleabay but I haven't had time to look at newbie listings.

Anyone got some suggestions?

Heya,

DDR2 and DDR3 are basically the same price at this point. DDR2 isn't getting cheaper; it's getting more expensive (all RAM is). Your only hope for cheap DDR2 is to find used memory from someone who is moving on to DDR3. Try ebay and other trade sites.

Around $25 per GB isnt bad, you may save a few bucks by going to the used market, but then you run the risk of buying someone elses broken crap.
