Where to buy Asus P4S333-FX or VF?

Are these available in the US yet? If so, where can I get one?

haha. i was gunna post the same thing a week ago. hell, i'm looking for any flex-ATX p4 board. ;/ everything i've googled is in australia, nz, or india it seems. try that ever-so-functional "where to buy" on the asus site and emailed a couple of asus @'s to no avail. tis a real shame. i've also looked into HP, as i had heard ASUS had a contract w/ HP for them to use the p4s333-fx. no luck on that end either.

contacted a distributor who said they weren't going to be sold in the states. sucks if true.
