where to buy an RS232 cable?

i need an RS232 cable with 9pin male connectors on both sides. i have no idea where to go to find one of these. i also am not sure if this is the correct forum, but i didnt think it went in hot deals or FS/FT so that leaves OT.

I don't know where to get one, but Radio Shack has just the ends. You could make your own if you found an appropriate wire to use with it.

Radio Shack has a bunch of all end varieties......they're closing htem out at our local one for around $12 each.

dude, i can and do make my own. you dont even do it yourself...your friends do. take your trash somewhere else. i dont need opinions on the situation, this isnt even for me, i just need to know where to buy it for someone.

just needs to be a few feet. i will send you money today if you can sell me any length (well at least 3-4 feet now that i think about it). it is 9pin male on both sides? can you verify that the wires go like this:

side 1 to side 2
2 -> 3
3 -> 2
5 -> 5
