Where To Buy a Voltage Converter?

A co-worker of mine is going to Japan next week and he needs a voltage converter. What B&M stores would sell that type of product? (like a Radio Shack-type place?)

We're in SoCal if that helps.

they should have it. Ace Hardware for sure has it.
