Where to buy a USB to Firewire cable or adapter?

I have an old IPOD with Firewire connector to charge it, but the battery does not hold the charge for long. I bought an APC Mobile Pack by mistake, thinking that the IPOD was USB instead of Firewire. I will like to keep the APC because it's functional and I can charge also my cell phone and any other USB device.

I can't find any USB to Firewire cable or adapter for the APC. Any ideas where I can find such cable?

Thanks and Happy New Year.

just buy a new battery and install it yourself. tutorials are online, batteries are relatively cheap ~30 bucks and generally come with a pry tool.

Unfortunately that won't work. If it's a non-USB iPod (3G or older) then it needs more power to charge than what a USB port can provide. I'm not sure what would happen trying to charge one of those iPods from USB power, but it might be bad.
