Where to buy a pair of binoculars...?

I'm looking to pick up some compact binoculars today so I don't have time to order online... Anyone know which stores would have a good selection? I'm just looking for a ~$60 binocular, something to travel with....

Check any of the major sporting goods/hunting themed chains you have locally - Academy Sports, Sports Authority, etc. They should all have a better selection than Wal-Mart, which will typically have a ~$20 Bushnell compact pair or two (which are fine, but not the best).
