I want to buy either an HP or Lexmark laser printer and I was wondering where you guys might suggest I shop for one. I dont want to spend more than $200 or so w/ shipping.
thanks,

If you hurry to staples you can still order a Lexmark E210 for $149.95 and get a $50 mail in rebate. Of course, if you know the popular coupon sites, there is also a $20 off $100 and a $30 off $150, so it is possible to get this for $70 after mail in rebate. 😀 It works great and we love ours. While some complain that the lexmark has a high cost per page, we don't print all that much and so what if the replacement toner cartridge is $85? If you get the printer and starter (good for 1,000 pages supposedly) cartridge for $70, you are still in for only $160 or so for your first 3,000 pages of text. You can pay more for less, like the HP 1000 for $249 with its' 1mb of memory and USB only connection. We are very happy with our Lexmark E210.

Chuck: Just wanted to say thanks for the heads up on that staples deal. I found a $30 coupon for spending $150, so i bought a pack of laserjet paper and the total before the mail in rebate is $125. Not bad for a laser printer, plus i get that $50 mail in. So Im happy and I cant wait till i dont have to hassle with this damn inkjet anymore. Thanks again.
