Get the imitation Aeron from either Office Depot (made by Russell). I got mine for around $100. Much more bang-for-the-buck and it's such a close copy that I'm surprised they were not sued!

Hmm. I am going to go to OD today to check it out. Last time I went I knew they had some "mesh" aeron-like chairs but the ergonomics didn't even come close...they didn't recline the same, didn't provide the same support, etc. But even if it's not the same if it's decent I might get one.

I hope they have it in stock. WHen I typed in the SKU number, I saw this:
http://www.officedepot.com/ddSKU.do?id=308143

And the price seems to have jumped to $200! If you go to the store, it's the one that has the mesh on both the back and the seat. The brand is "Furniture at Work/Russell"

Went to OD. Couldn't find ANY chairs that were real "mesh" instead of the "mesh fabric". They did have a decent chair for $200 which I might end up getting...going to go again tomorrow and look again. Maybe I will check out staples too. But I found a used Aeron chair for $450 ...and if you take into account I can sell that later for $450 when I am done with it that might be the way to go...
