Where to buy a capacitor online?

It appears the capacitor on my pool pump has gone bad and I'm in need of one before the end of this week so I can open my pool this weekend. Problem is, I have no idea where to buy one. Does anyone have a good site that sells this kind of stuff and is reliable?

Mouser is where I go first (I prefer their site layout).
Digikey is second, they have a gigantic selection like Mouser.

Jameco can be nice as well. They tend to charge a little bit more, but they have a smaller selection (which is actually somewhat desirable for electronics components).

The surplus places do have great prices, but its nearly impossible to find anything on their sites since they don't have consistent stock and usually don't have a good way of searching for components.

mouser worked well the time I used them. quick shipping. plus, they also sent me a huge mega-phone-book-sized catalog of all their stuff lol.

What is the capacitor, meaning electrolytic, film, or ceramic how many micro/nano/pico farads and what voltage?

Try to get it local if it's common. Mouser will charge you $8 to ship a 20 cent part.

Jameco, Digikey, Mouser, All Electronics, Sparkfun, Futurlec are all places that I have bought such things from with success.

yeah and if this is a large can ( think soda can ) type capacitor try a local HVAC shop. digikey/mouser/goldmine/allelectronics aren't going to carry those. you can find them online but they're a little harder to find and even harder to get a good price on

I think he's looking more for
AC_Motor_Capacitor_CBB65_5.jpg
not
Electrolytic-Capacitor-1UFX100V-.jpg
, best place to go is an hvac/refridgeration shop.

I'd imagine that Mouser is similar, but a trade magazine article said that Digikey will generally have an order boxed and ready to ship within 15 minutes of you clicking the Submit button online. :)

Mouser, Newark, DigiKey, Jameco, Radio Shack... I'm sure they've all been mentioned.

Edit: Looks like Newark wasn't.
