where to buy a 40gb ipod hard drive?

I need to replace my gf's ipods hard drive. It's getting the click of death pretty constant. I really don't wanna go with the slap technique. So i wanna replace a 40gb hard drive in an old school non color ipod. I have checked ebay but drives cost anywhere from 50-100 i was wondering if there are any good sites with good prices that sell them.
