EDIT: oh, you mean which kind of water tastes the best. Gotcha. Personally, I think that distilled water is as pure as it gets: nothing but hydrogen and oxygen.

Salts and minerals are boiled out during the distilling proces.
 

Vancouver Island natural water is among the cleanest in the world. I use to be able to drink it strait out of the creek when camping, but not any more.

The other is filtered water....best tasting for me is reverse osmosis filtered water.
