Where the hell are the Half-Life "saved games" kept? (EDIT: QUESTION HAS BEEN ANSWERED)

I'm doing a clean OS install on a new system this weekend, but want to be able to transfer my saved Half-Life games over to it.

What are the file extension names for the save files?

Where exactly are they--I looked last night and couldn't find them.

Well, if this is for normal Single Player Half-Life, goto your main Half-Life folder and then the Valve directory (example: c:\sierra\half-life\valve) and there should be a folder named Save which has the saved game files.

If it is for a mod, look for the Save folder in the mod directory (for example, if it is for They Hunger, it would be in c:\sierra\half-life\hunger\save)
