Where the heck do I find the UPC symbol on this box?

I bought a Verbatim 52x cdrw and cannot find the UPC symbol on the box. On the side, there is a sticker that shows a Serial # with a barcode underneath it and a Part # with another barcode under it. The barcode under the Part # looks like a UPC symbol but I'm not sure. I need to make sure it's the one before I send off the rebate forms

I cut them both out and send them in and I've done like 5 verbatim rebates.
