Thanks for the link. Heck if I can get the page to display with FireFox. I also tried Internet Explorer and I get "Cannot Find Server."

Why would I not be able to view it if you just tried and were successful?

FF 1.0.1 here. If you can provide the exact version of the software, I can try to find a direct DL link.

Thanks. Using FireFox 1.0.1 also. I'm looking for updates for Easy CD/DVD Creator 6 Basic Edition.

Gah. Only people with registered Roxio products can download, apparently. They require an email address from a previously registered version, or a user name / pw. I am not one of the chosen =(

Darn- thanks anyway. Could something like a firewall keep me from accessing it? I'm using Nvidia's firewall that's built into my MB. It's the first time I've used a hardware firewall.

Well it's something with my Nvidia firewall. I shut it off, now I can access Roxio's site. Any idea how to configure it so it doesn't block such sites?

I've found that the e-mail address none@none.com allows downloading of the software updates from Roxio's website.

Well, updates and support were poor already from Roxio, not like this makes a bit of difference, really. Nero all the way, IMHO.
