I'm looking to possibly buy a used car off my friend, and am looking into where a good place is to get a loan.

so far, i see that AAA has 5.2% apr, which seems pretty good

where else should i look?

I think it's either Toyota or Honda that is offering special rates starting at 2.9% for 36 months financing on their pre-owned certified cars.

Get a nice used Toyota Corolla with great financing (assuming you qualify) and with proper maintenance the car should easily last 10 years with great reliability and fuel efficiency.

No, no... i already have a friend that's possibly selling me the car, i just need the loan in order to pay him up front.

So far, it seems AAA has the best deal with 5.2%
 
How much ya need? I'll see what I can do but it'll be 185% interest and the balance is due in 6 months. Fail to pay and I'm sending Vinnie and Louie "Three Chins" Geppeto to collect from youz.
