Where should I put this content piece on my site

I'm going to be adding a "book of the week" type deal to the front page of my site. My question is, where should I add it at? Should it be above the news part or what? Other thoughts?

Although it is good in a way. I used to have a subwelfare monitor that would only do 640x480, and needless to say, it kind of sucked at sites designed for 1024 x *

Also note that the audience of the site is that of the AOL type users...those who usually don't have there monitor at a high resolution.

Can I get a screenshot and browser/resolution specs?

Set the left menu bar at a fixed resolution. Have the tables at width="80%" or something.

combination of EditPlus and Dreamweaver (I use the coding window only, I only use DW because of the search functions [amond others]).

Yeah. There are a lot of people around here who know their stuff. That's why I am asking. Until I get it to scaale, does how I have it now look good?

OMG, definatly put that above the search field on the left. You can set the text size smaller if you want to make it fit.
