Where should i put the higher cfm fan...front or back??

I would put it in the back....which is nearer the CPU...getting more airlow near the CPU

Intake slighly higher, but I would suggest both intake and exhaust fans.

If you, for example, have 2 80mm fans, 1 which is 36CFM, and the other 32CFM, i would suggest putting hte 36 as intake(in most cases) and the 32 as exhaust(as hte power supply fan will also be exhausting air).
