Where should I put my fans in my full tower?

Hi everyone,

I have 2 cheap 80mm fans, 1 good 120mm fan (70cfm) and 1 good 80mm fan (43cfm) along with a full tower. (Forget about PSU and CPU fan)

Can you post your suggestions on where I should place every of them in my case for optimal cooling/airflow?

Thanks in advance for replying,
Alex

My full tower has one of those horizontal dividers in the middle. I put a 120mm in the low front bezel as intake, used the dual fan PSU for the out in that lower half, then put a 120mm in the top back (exit out the rear and doesn't muss up the front). I put two 80mm fans in the front (modded/hacked the drive bay covers to they held enermax adjustable fans to blow over the IBM Deathstar drives).... Case temp (with fans on full) never gets more than a degree C or two above ambient (based on thermometer... however accurate that may be).

You can probably adapt that setup with all your fans... but I would recommend the 120 in the front as input (or you could do a side mount fan)... that floods the cpu with fresh air.
