where should I go for spring break?

I live in atlanta, and would like a no longer than 8 or so hour drive. (prefer florida) I need a place that allows 19 year olds (lots of places require 25> ) and would be completely fine with a place NOT frequented by teenagers that has good food (and where hotels aren't too expensive)
