Where should I get my CPU and Motherboard from?

Anyone have advice/warnings on where to buy my MB/CPU combo?

I am thinking of getting the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum NVIDIA nForce3 ULTRA 939 and the Athlon64 3200+ Retail box CPU. I just can't decide where to get it from.

Newegg has been fine for every purchase I have made, so has Mwave. I bought my last system from Mwave. One of their Barebones systems and it was nice haveing the CPU/Memory already mounted, tested, and inside the case. If I order from them they will mount the CPU in the MB and test it. If I get the RAM from them, they will mount it too.

Another place I just heard about was Monarch Computers.
They will also mount and test your MB CPU combo for you and they have a free copy of half-Life 2 and Far Cry with you purchase, sounds temping...
Anyone have any suggestions? Warnings?
Thanks,
Shoe

Any of those vendors would seem to be fine. All of the vendors are guilty of price gouging but some more than others (we all know who). Newegg customer service has been less than stellar lately to some but I just recieved two NEC 3500A's in 3 days so it was ok.

My only warning would be on that motherboard, also if you choose to get that mobo from newegg read their return policy.

I suggest getting the mobo locally if you can.. Then if you screw it up, which happens, believe me, then you can return it to someone you know will RMA it. Other than that just make sure the return policy on it is decent. I think its a lot less hassle to buy a mobo locally. I have never mail ordered one. But, I mail order everything else.
