Where should I buy...

Costs more to buy them online (including your time & effort) when cost of shipping is fatored in, than it would to go to a sporting good shop that sells used equipment.

You can usually get used balls for practice at 10-25 cents each.

Also, consider going to a place like Wal-Mart and get a couple of generic cans. Price is not that much more.

used practice balls are by far the WORST idea for learning to play tennis. You absolutely need to use new balls and throw them out after about 8 hours of play
