Where should my eyelevel be relative to my screen? Should it be in the approximate middle, for both height and width?

Right now, my eyelevel is at the top 1/4 of the screen, and has been that way for two years. If thats too high, should I put a book under it?

My eyelevel is way above the monitor. I think I saw a poster once in the computer lab that your eye level should be in the middle of the screen. Which stand is the best?

i think according to "proper ergonomics," eye-level should be at the top of the screen

yes top of the screen.. the top border, and you should slightly look down to browse through the monitor.. putting your eyes to ease..

this is official and clinical.. i lost the link though..

Yup, top 1/3 of the screen or so, as your eyes have a natural tendancy to look downwards without tilting your head.

I took some ergonomics course and that's what they told me.

Doesn't the MS Intellitype Pro stuff have a little guide on ergonomics and stuff?
