These questions will come up repeatedly in the news for the foreseeable future.

It has been discussed in the media that this wouldn't have happened had the Atlanta deputy's been using secure holsters. Agreement or not?

found the times article. the newsmax thing seems to have made it seem much more dramatic of a shift than it is. the times didnt change their opinion...its not an op/ed piece. its a piece of news. they are reporting what a person has said happened.

second/third story i saw on the tv when i was in penn station. not sure why us raving pussy dirty hippie liberal sodmite scumbuckets would want to avoid that story but because conjur was on vacation this weekend i guess ill sit in the bucket while the conversatives finish their circle jerk on my face.

The Atlanta incident may not have escalated so badly if they had more deputies (as has apparently long been an issue) or, more importantly, if the security monitors which showed the deputy being overpowered had actually been watched by someone!

Not all liberals are gun-grabbers. Why wasn't the deputy more protective of his gun? Why haven't we implemented fingerprint identification safety locks for guns so they don't fire when stolen? Stolen guns are a bigger danger than purchased ones.


You will admit that the Atlanta shooter was a lunatic right (he did kill multiple people)? So saying a lunatic is calmed by the words of a religious person isn't exactly flattening to religion. If a known lunatic likes it, what stops people from saying all religious people are lunatics.
