Where is your vista start menu located?

Not sure how that happened, since the taskbar is locked. But right-click it, and select unlock, then just drag it down to normal height. You can re-lock it if you want.
 
Oh wow, I just noticed the huge yellow lettering. Sorry!

Not sure why that is there either...what does it point to if you look at the properties?

I dont know its dissapeared again.... I just turned the laptop on this morning and its gone... what the hell man! Is vista just trying to piss me off or what?
