Where is your boss?

What do you think your boss is doing right now?

How often is your boss on hiatus? How does this make you feel?

Sitting here reading this thread.

Boss is at home with her family right now. She doesn't go on hiatus all that often, and I know I can always reach her by phone if I should need her when she is out, any time of the day or night. She deserves to be gone a lot more than she actually is, so I'm glad when she takes time off.

When I know who my boss is, I'll be in a better position to answer. 😛 Seriously though, it's confusing as all hell for a contractor. I report to the Project Manager, who is a contractor, so I can't really report to her. So I report to our FTE in charge of personnel. But I really report more to our overall manager, except when it's more convenient to report to the FTE in charge of personnel or the PM contractor who is more aligned with what's happening in the trenches...

Thankfully, each of the three are kickass and they all know what's going on around them and how to get things done. Great place to work and I am LOVING the job. 🙂

I am my own boss and always will be.

That said, sometimes I don't know where I am so I could say at times I don't know where my boss is! 😀

You know there was going to be mention of you in this thread somewhere....you might as well have brought it up.

Made me lol.......🙂

I have three employees. I don't think any of them read Anandtech.

Just in case:

I'm at home on Saturday morning reading ATOT. It's 11:38 a.m. I got up at 8:00, finished cleaning the cosmoline off of my new AK (Romanian WASR), ate two slices of leftover Hungry Howie's pizza (bacon and green peppers), smoked three or four cigarettes, drank one cuppa joe and a diet Coke. Just paid my credit card bill online. I haven't taken a shower yet. Oh, I've got a load of laundry in the washer now, and another in the dryer.

Have a good weekend.
