I see that Provantage has some but the other big guys (Newegg, Tigerdirect, Amazon) aren't listing it??

It's missing along with the rest of AMD's latest Athlon II refresh. Seems like a paper launch to me. It should be here soon, maybe oems were supplied with them first.
