Where is the Win10 Firewall screen (outbound apps)?

I think Win10 may be blocking my Logitech device driver installation. I don't know for sure because it is not asking me if I want this application to have access outside the home network. I've been using Win7 and not touched 8 or 8.1. I've heard they pulled application notification from 8.

So what I am looking for is the listing of applications that I allow or not access to the Internets. I'm sorry if this is a dumb question.

Right click start ....Control Panel / System and Security / Windows Firewall / Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall / Allowed apps

note: This is assuming you have control panel set to Category view.

You can also get there by...
Click start / Settings / Network & Internet / Ethernet / Windows Firewall / Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall

Or just search for "firewall" and you can also get the advanced firewall options.

Thanks! I figured it out by typing 'firewall.' It was the quickest path. Once there I configured the install and the unpacked temp install programs. Neither worked.

Instead I configured the Bluetooth driver as a generic Bluetooth driver and it seems to work now.
