Where is the reg entry for radeon LE in XP

It has been a long time since I had to do the reg fix thing for my LE. I want to make sure my Tweaker did the job by looking at the reg entry. I cannot find an ATI entry in the Reg though. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? Thanks!
