Just call your ISP help desk. They are the INTERNET help desk, so they can help you with anything internet related.
True story: when I worked on the internet help desk I actually got a call from a user to reset her password for a completely random forum. Thought it was pretty funny. She did not understand that we did not have access to "the server". Because there is only one server that powers the internet.

When I worked for the cable company, one of my coworkers got a call from a very upset elderly woman. You see we had advertised that she could get a free scooter. However due to some circumstance, she was not able to get her free scooter. She was demanding that we give her a free scooter or the money to buy one.
It was a good hour long call that was just hilarious.
