Just call your ISP help desk. They are the INTERNET help desk, so they can help you with anything internet related.

True story: when I worked on the internet help desk I actually got a call from a user to reset her password for a completely random forum. Thought it was pretty funny. She did not understand that we did not have access to "the server". Because there is only one server that powers the internet.

When I worked for the cable company, one of my coworkers got a call from a very upset elderly woman. You see we had advertised that she could get a free scooter. However due to some circumstance, she was not able to get her free scooter. She was demanding that we give her a free scooter or the money to buy one.

You laugh, but my new internet service actually has a section in the ToS about forums. Not allowed to double post, or troll, or have signatures that are too long etc... It's actually quite detailed. Not sure how they enforce that tbh. I almost think it's some kind of dry humor on their side, or a copy and paste ToS that they did not fix yet.

no...the Scooter Store used to advertise that they could get you a scooter at no cost to you or they would give you one for free. Then the government investigated them because...well because they were getting everyone approved for scooters at no expense.

The scam ones I always felt sorry for. Tons..probably thousands of old people had paid the money for the FBI virus. We had a bunch of people that fell for the "Obama will pay your utility bills" scam and ended up bouncing checks. And I won't even start on the Nigerians...
