WHERE IS THE FORUM FOR WEB DESIGN??

I've been a semi regular on this forum for a while, even before the switched it over, and I've enjoyed how it has grown.

One forum I would like to see is one for Web Design. Tip, Tricks, Questions on the different web authoring apps out there.

Now, if there is already a forum that this takes, someone please point me inthe right direction.

It's something I'm sure they are debating, and I guess I'd like to see it added, but maybe it's all mixed in with the software, games, programming forum...?

I took a quick look in there and didn't see much on web design.

Is there a need? It seems some of the forums don't get much traffic. If it was there I'm sure it would have as much traffic as those.

I would like a forum dedicated to it, but I'm not sure if they want to add any more forums for the time being...

This is a good point. It seems like a lot of times people end up just posting web-design questions in the Off Topic forum for lack of anywhere else to go... I know I would participate in a web-design forum.

I don't know that there is a need for it but it would be nice to have such a forum, I'd participate in it.

i wouldn't want to see it...
1/2 the web design questions now truely seem like, "hey, heres my site, lemme use the forums to drive some traffic there"
i think if there was a forum dedicated to it, it would end up like an ad site for members sites...

From what I've seen people occasionally already advertise their site here, so I doubt a Web Design forum would significantly increase that attitude much, and if so then it could be come something that isspecifically banned.

A forum on web design and/orHTML could be quite interesting and helpful I believe.
Just sitting here I've had a few thoughts on topics I would likely post if such a forum came into being.

I would love a forum dedicated to programming/web design.

I would have at least 10 posts by now if such a forum existed, instead I never posted them because I did not find a suitable forum, besides off-topic. Even then it is very off-topic.

I think this would be a great idea, i've been wanting one for a while...

As someone who is paid to design web pages, I've always wanted a place to come together share ideas, tips, tricks, and to just talk about it in general.

A great idea for a forum!
