I tried downloading the latest drivers for the single slot Radeon HD 4850 (512 MB) graphics cards, but I'm not sure if I'm downloading the correct drivers, it's very confusing, all I get are the "all in wonder" drivers. Could you link me to the exact place to download the correct, and latest drivers for the Radeon HD 4850 (512 MB) single slot?

The first one. The second one is for Crossfire. The 3rd and 4th are if you want the driver and CCC separately.

Also, in case you don't know, CCC means Catalyst Control Center. CCC is the actual Windows utility that lets you adjust settings on your card, make profiles for different use scenarios, tweak the color settings, etc. ATI gives you the option of downloading both the driver and CCC together (what I always do), or, for some people who might just want the driver but not CCC, they let you download them separately too. A little confusing at first, perhaps, but just stick with the first option and you'll be fine.
