Home Depot, Walmart, whatever is in your sunday ads. You should be able to find them for like 99cents each.

If you're that much of a cheap ass just steal them from wherever you work or go to school

Home depot is the cheapest place (I've found) to buy fluorescent replacments for standard bulbs. I picked up a pack of 6 "60 watt" (17 watt) bulbs for $9.99. They last for 5+ years and don't give off nearly as much heat. (and obviously use 1/4th the electricity) This is home depot's house brand (Commercial electric?) they don't flicker and start instantly, something I can't say about some of the GE (?) and other "name brand" bulbs I've gotten.

Considering they're only $1.65 each I can't see any reason to go back to regular bulbs, except in those few cases where you absolutely have to use an incandescent. Even if you don't like them, you can go 1 fluorescent and one regular bulb in any dual-light fixtures, and you won't notice at all - until the regular bulb burns out.
