where is the best place to get photoenlargements done

i have a pic. on my digital camera that i also got printed out for free at CVS, but was wondering where the best place would be to go if i want to blow it up to a larger picture...

CVS will make an 8x10 directly from the image on your flash memory card

At walmart, its like $2.75 for an 8x10. I imagine CVS is right along those lines.
