Where is the best place to get a free forum?

phpBB or vBulletin

you could also just sign up for a invision free account, that works and its a good forum
 
ezboard can have a free forum, you just get popups for the free ones. (unless you have a blocker)

Wow, i haven't been to an ezboard in ages... but yeah, this would probably be the easiest to set up. You won't even need to find a host.
