KDOG... here's a good recommendation (that I've used a few times myself):

Buy them off a ricer who IS ordering 20" wheels w/spinner.... you can get good prices on stock wheels that fit your car. I managed to pick up a pair of Civic Si ('99) wheels w/ a set of tires for $400.

Define good-looking... people have very different tastes in wheels. TireRack and Tires.com are both good places to start.
For more premium wheels and stuff geared toward the import crowd, try http://www.groupbuycenter.com/ and ImportHookup. They may gear towards rice, but you might be able to find something that works well for a good price, like me.
