Where is the bandwidth thread wehre the dude had a crapload of bandwidth, and posted an ftp site for everyone to send stuff to?

i got some stuff i need to get from that site!
 
nope. the thread was a guy who just got a new dedicated server, and he had about 100gb of bandwidth he wanted to use before the end of the month....
