Where is that log file?

Ok, I have a client running Gerber Omega (sign software) on a Win2K machine. It keeps crashing, telling her gspcomposer.exe has generated errors...." and that it's writing to an error log. There don't seem to be any error logs in the software's folder's itself, so my questions is - Where would this Win2K error log be? Nothing shows up in her event viewer. Thanks in advance.

There are three different types of event logs, are you looking at all three of the event logs? The writing to a log file is usually a core dump, not sure where it puts it though as I don't run win2k anymore and havne't had crashes in XP.

I've gone through all of her event logs - security, application and system and found nothing. Thanks though
