Maybe I'm blind but I can't find older firmware on the linksys site for my WRT-GS v.6.
I upgraded the firm ware last night from 1.50.8 to 1.50.9, but now my laptop can't get an IP from it. Its not my laptop because im posting this via my neighbors wireless thats working fine.
I'd like to put 1.50.8 back, but I can't find it? I tried google, but maybe I'm not leet enough to find it.
I noticed there's a new firmware for the WRT-G routers that was released late in Nov, that addresses issues with DHCP, but that firmware won't work with my GS router of course.

Ok well, I went back and changed the country from U.S. to Canada, and the 1.50.9 is no longer available, but 1.50.8 is. I re-flashed my router, and sure enough, it works just like that.
I guess if you have a WRT54GS v.6 and a Macbook Pro, don't install the linksys 1.50.9 firmware 😀
