Where is networking forum?

I hate asking this, but I'm told there's a Networking forum, though I can't see one anywhere. Why?

Also there used to be a setting to not have certain forums show up, but seems it's gone.?
I'm viewing 15 forum categories on the home page.
 
Got it thanks. I hadn't noticed that, I guess since it doesn't look like a normal 'tab'. Or I'm blind.
