I pre ordered W7 for $50 back when they were having that promotion and I haven't gotten a download email yet. Has anyone else got one?

Newegg shipped mine on October 21. I got an email yesterday afternoon.
 
My Amazon order is still pending. Where did you preorder (at $50) for download? My .edu preorder is downloading now - I got the email today.
 
Is your download supposed to come from MS?

I never got the email, too. But I just logged into the MS Store and there was a download link under purchase history.
 
My email was there when I woke up this morning. Downloaded Win7Pro64 (took 20 min) and went to work. I hope everyone gets the same download speeds I did.
 
Same here, pre-ordered the DVD back in July, not only have i not received it, MS charged my account four days early resulting in NSFP bank fees.

Been on phone hold w/ MS for over 30 mins now so im guessing we're not the only ones.

EDIT..i finally gave up after being on hold for over an hour and a half
