Where is my Q3A "main folder?" (More details inside...)

I downloaded a MapPak for Q3A. After unzipping, the Readme says to put all extracted files "into your main Quake III Arena game folder". OK, roger that. However, there's no folder labeled "Q3A" or "Quake" or anything.

I install ALL games into my C:\Games folder to make things easier to find. For example, UnrealTournament puts a folder labeled "UnrealTournament" in my Games folder. Its easy from there.

Games like Serious Sam (and apparently Q3A too) use cryptic names for folders. I don't want to risk dropping 14 megs into the wrong folder. What is the name of the folder I'm suposed to drop these files into?

I appreciate your assistance. I've been adding maps to UT for two years now, but have not touched Q3A until today. Thanks for your help.

I don't have Q3, but I do have Return to Castle Wolfenstein which is basically the same. I have an RTCW folder with the program files and a folder named "main" under that. The "main" folder is where I unzip all my maps too.

Look for a folder named 'main', that's where you want to put your maps.
