I am trying to transfer my e-mails from my old computer (Windows 98 SE) to my new computer (Windows XP Pro). I did a search on the new computer for my .dbx files. They are located in the following directory:

C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\...

I go to Windows Explorer and click on the C drive and then the Documents and Settings folder, then the folder with my name. At this point, I look for the Local Settings folder but it is not there. How is it that the search is telling me this folder exists but I cannot see it in Windows Explorer?

Thanks. I thought it was something like that. I just didn't know where to go to fix the problem. Got it now...
