where is my HDD?

Just built PC. Vista 32. Two 500 gig samsung spinpoint hard drives. Can see both in device manager. However, can only see one in "computer". System boots up fine.

I built the computer with only one HDD installed. AHCI. SATA. No RAID. Worked fine, loaded Vista. Couple hours later added the second HDD. Still boots up fine. Just can't find the new HDD in "computer".

Also, interesting, is that in device manager, right-clicking on each HDD. One of them has the option "disable" available. The other one does not have that option available. Otherwise all options identical right clicking in device manager.

Any advice for me? Please!!

The drive has to be formatted to be seen in windows.
right click on computer and select manage and go to the disk management and you should see a un-partition or unallocated drive, right click on it and format
