Where is my CPU power setting in Vista?

Under Vista's Power Options there is a setting called Processor Power Management. I don't seem to have this option available to me. I have an AMD 64 X2 CPU and AMD Cool n' Quiet is set to "Auto" in the BIOS (Auto or Disable are my choices). From what I understand Vista only shows relevent options that the mobo/cpu support. I would expect it to see that my hardware supports that feature, but it doesn't seem to. Am I missing something here? Do I need to do something else to enable this feature?

Sorry, I guess I wasn't specific enough. I meant that under the advanced options the Processor Power Management doesn't appear. It should be between "PCI Express" and "Search and Indexing" from what I've seen of screenshots, but mine isn't there or in the list at all.
