Where is ISA bus in latest PC?

I always thought COM ports and parallel port are connected to ISA bus. But, in newer Intel Chipsets, ISA seems to be gone. I do understand external ISA expansion slots are gone, but how about internal ISA? Or how COM ports are connected to CPU in those chipsets? (I know it's generally referred to as south bridge?)

The PS/2, serial and parallel ports are still on the ISA bus. The ISA bus uses a bridge to the PCI bus, and then straight to the ICH (south bridge).

Andy Hui is correct but you might have been asking where are the ISA bus connectors/slots on the motherboard? The ISA bus lives internally on the motherboards for legacy support like COM ports. Most modern PCs don't have the ISA bus connectors. PCI is superior to ISA and has replaced the ISA bus slots.
