Where is IIS on NT 4 Workstation?

Im trying to get IIS (or PWS for that matter) up and running on my NT 4 workstation, but cant seem to find where to install it from. please help. I have done this on 95,98, and Win2k no Problem

It's part of the Windows NT 4 Option Pack, available for download from Microsoft's web site.
