Where is Geforce Titanium???

Nvidia announced a 2 for 1 stock split on August 14, 2001 that would have taken place on September 12, 2001. Markets did not trade on the 12th and haven't traded untill today, the 17th. After the stock split was supposed to take place on the 12th the new Geforce cards were supposed to be released on the 17th. Today being the first day for the split (the 17th), it would NOT have been a good day to release the news, even without the terrorist tragedy.

Bottom line:
The Geforce Titanium obviously should not and was not announced today from a corporate standpoint. The 17th might have been good information that had to be adjusted.

What I'm trying to say is that if NVDA just needed a day to let the dust settle for the stock split and the anticipated stock market drop, we could still see the card this week. Afterall, Anandtech said that we'd see something new from them this month!!!

I think that a major graphics card release is not the first thing on an American consumer mind right now. They will be better served, therefore, to wait a week or two.

This month is far from over......

<< There's only 13 days left. 😉 >>

13 days.
1+3=4.
4 is the number of nvidia cards I've owned. Coincidence...I think not.
