Where is folder of "most used apps" list on left side start menu Win 10?

Does anybody know where in Win10 is the (explorer or otherwise registry) folder of the "most used apps" list on the left side of the start menu.

I want to add Word to the LEFT side of the start menu but it doesn't work, despite me using it alot so the "most used apps" theory doesn't work properly. Tried deleting items on left hoping it would choose Word at some point but it doesn't. Was thinking maybe this "most used apps" list has a folder in explorer or in the registry where you could add/remove programs?

Find Word, right click on the .exe file and pin it to the Start Menu.
