What happened to fall?

It's been in the high 70s and even into the mid/high 80s here in Eastern TN the entire month of October. None of the trees in my yard have changed, but they are losing leaves like crazy. My grass is brown it's been so hot. December is going to roll around and then we will all freeze instantly with no transistion... Last week we had two nights of temps in the 40s but that's it. The weather forcast for my area has called for rain today but none as of yet!

It's cold here in Canada. No jokes please, we get scorching summers too.

here in Ohio, it was a little late, but it's been showing its face. One day it was 90, two days later it was 60 top. That felt cold as hell. But now, it varies between 60 and mid 70s, right about normal.

90 Degrees . . . I don't know how you cope. We were hitting 110 only a few weeks ago.

Gonna be cooler this coming week though.

90F with 100% humidity > 110 dry heat

I lived in FL from 1993-2007 (September). I know heat. I have been out to AZ during July and although the temp was much hotter, it wasn't unbearable like FL. I will agree that no one from Kanadia can talk about having scorching summers! :D They would die in AZ or FL!

well like I was saying, this is Ohio, and this was October. One of those days of heat for October actually tied the record high.

this summer, NW Ohio was hitting close to 100, and was always coupled with 90-100% humidity. I'd probably take your dry heat any day over that crap. Makes being outside unbearable.

here in indiana its about 75* everyday...It was around 55* last year, I remember because my wedding day it was too cold to have an outside wedding so we had to do a quick transition to inside. Either way I remember it snowing here probably 40% of the time on halloween, and this year it looks like its gonna be around 80* if this current tempature sticks. We had rain today...not even a cold rain, hot rain....WTF is going on lol

Windsor? That's practically the USA. :p
Of course it's gonna get warm, it's in the southern half of the Great Lakes region. It probably gets hot and humid, well actually it does, not probably. Detroit gets just as unbearable as Toledo, and I'd imagine there is no Canadian wall to prevent that heat and humidity from traveling across the river. If only... then you could keep your arctic air. :p
