Where is ATII9Xag.cat??? (Stupid ATI install disk!!)

Well I just got a Radeon 8500 and I have it working just FINE in XP Pro but it will NOT work in 98SE.
When I go to install it, it asks for ATII98xag.cat and says it should be on a disk supplied by the computer manufacture.

Seems it should be on the ATI disk, but it's not!!

Any one know where this can be found???
